Is Online Career the same as ranked?

No. Ranked is the skill ladder with the roster. Online Career is a career against people.

Can I use my Online Career CAF everywhere?

Often not. Many builds stay in that mode. Check before you invest the hours.

Not first. Learn deny and five strikes in Practice Mode and Legacy, then go.

This is career against people, not the CPU. Walk in when you already have a stand-up plan and a takedown deny.
