How do you activate Flow State in UFC 6?

Fill the meter by hitting that fighter's Flow Boosts, then press Down on the D-pad.

Why is my Flow meter not filling?

You are not doing the actions on that fighter's perks. Read the Flow Boost line, or pick a fighter whose boosts match how you already play.

All five give Base Effects and can feed the meter. Only the designated Flow State perk is what you pop.

Only if the payoff needs a specific moment. Most of the time you spend it when the bar fills and the fight matches the perk.

Flow State pays you for fighting like that fighter. Fight someone else's game and the meter barely moves.
